Stratford Baseball Camp
Registration is open for the 2026 Stratford High School Youth Baseball Camp scheduled for July 13-15. The camp for rising K through eighth graders is designed for campers of all skill levels. Focus will be placed on the fundamentals such as defense, throwing, pitching, hitting, fielding and base running. Cost is $120 per camper. Walkup registration will be available July 13, but preregistration is recommended. Contact Coach Kacer at kacerm@bcsdschools.net if interested.
Summerville Country Club
Summerville Country Club has several events coming up. The Father-Son/Daughter Tournament is scheduled for June 27-28. The club’s first golf camp session is scheduled for July 6-9 and the second session is scheduled for July 13-16. The annual Roy Meyers Junior Open is scheduled for July 17. The Member-Member Tournament is July 18-19 and the Member-Guest Pairings Party is scheduled for July 31 while the Member-Guest Tournament is scheduled for Aug. 1-2.
Berkeley Club Championship
Berkeley Country Club had its club championship tournament this month. Andrew Lockliear is the 2026 Club Champion. Buck Cooper is the Senior Club Champion. Pat Harrington is the Super Senior Club Champion. Susan Murtaugh is the Ladies Club Champion. Jacob Haughorn is the White Tee Flight Champion. Jordan Hoffman is the Junior Division Champion.
