THANKS TO OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS
CASPER, Wyo. — Tuesday is here, which means it’s only one day away from the middle of week! Congratulations on making it this far. There’s a ton going on in Casper today, and you’re invited to all of it. From Tiny Tots Storytime to Geeks Who Drink, a Board Game Social and more, this is everything happening Tuesday in the Oil City.
It’s never too early to show your kiddos the magic of storytelling. The Natrona County Library knows this, which is why it’s offering its weekly Tiny Tots StoryTime for babies or toddlers getting ready to read.
“Together you will discover the joy of songs, finger plays, simple books and bouncing rhymes,” the event page states. “The Natrona County Library’s StoryTime: TinyTots for babies and toddlers is held each Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Main Library. In addition to being fun, free outings for children and families, TinyTots instills the joy of reading at a young age and helps prepare children for school.”
Happening at 10 a.m.
Are you a geek? Do you drink? Well then, by golly, is there an event for you! Mountain Hops Brewhouse Downtown is hosting Geeks Who Drink Trivia Nights every Tuesday in Downtown Casper. Beginning at 7 p.m., this trivia night will test your knowledge on a variety of subjects.
“Join us EVERY Tuesday night for Small Batch Trivia presented by Quizmaster Doug,” the event page states. “Feel free to call to reserve a spot or walk-ins are welcome.”
Happening at 7 p.m.
The Science Zone is presenting its S.T.E.A.M. Break Camp all week, from 9 a.m. to noon.
“Can’t choose just one favorite science, technology, engineering, art, or math?” the event page asks. “Try them all! At STEAM Sampler Camp, each day focuses on a different part of STEAM with hands-on experiments, creative projects, and problem-solving challenges.”
Happening at 9 a.m.
Pouf! A show! Stage III Community Theatre is proudly hosting a new show, happening Tuesday night.
“What happens when you mix hair spray, head lice, and a little dab of Elvis?” the event page asks. “Hairlarity. The year is 1958 and Betty finds herself unfulfilled as a housewife. She and her husband have been unsuccessful in starting a family and her husband will not “permit” her to get a job. With the encouragement of her sister, Betty secretly sets up an in-home salon, leveraging her prowess with hair spray and bobby pins. Betty begins to change the lives of neighborhood women by ‘poufing’ their hair. POUF! is an ‘uplifting’ comedy with big hair and even bigger laughs.”
Happening at 7:30 p.m.
The Natrona County Library is hosting another Board Game Social, and you’re invited! It’s happening on Tuesday night from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Crawford Room of the library.
“As part of the Library’s Community Read, join us for a special Board Game Social featuring Wingspan, an award-winning game inspired by birds and their habitats,” the event page states. “This casual, welcoming event invites participants to learn a new game while exploring themes of observation, ecology, and connection to the natural world. In Wingspan, players collect birds, build habitats, and learn fascinating facts about bird species and ecosystems along the way. The game’s focus on curiosity and careful attention to nature connects directly to ‘Lab Girl’ and the NEA Big Read theme Our Nature, highlighting how learning about the environment can be both engaging and fun.”
Happening at 6 p.m.
