MetLife Stadium in New Jersey will host the first-ever two-night WWE SummerSlam in August.
The two-night SummerSlam will be on Saturday, Aug. 2 and Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025. Fans looking to shop for tickets can do so with Ticketmaster or reliable third-party ticket sellers like StubHub, VividSeats and SeatGeek.

Popular rapper Cardi B is hosting “The Biggest Party of the Summer.”
SummerSlam features the top Superstars in all of WWE, where champions are crowned and rivalries are formed. The match card has not yet been set, but it will be bigger than ever, as the showcase spans two days.

Fans can purchase day passes to attend on a specific day or buy a two-day pass to attend both days. As of Thursday, May 29, below is a look at pricing for 2025 SummerSlam tickets at MetLife Stadium:
- For a two-day pass, the cheapest tickets are $236 on StubHub, $230 on VividSeats and $228 on SeatGeek.
- For Saturday, August 2, the cheapest tickets are $141 on StubHub, $138 on VividSeats and $141 on SeatGeek.
- The cheapest tickets for Sunday, August 3, are $177 on StubHub, $149 on VividSeats and $160 on SeatGeek.
What is SummerSlam?
WWE’s SummerSlam is a professional wrestling event that is WWE’s second biggest event of the year, behind WrestleMania.
The event usually features two main event match-ups, a tag team match, an intercontinental match and more.
MetLife Stadium has hosted events including WrestleMania 29, WrestleMania 35, Super Bowl XLVIII, a Copa America Semifinal and Final, and concerts by the biggest names in the entertainment industry such as Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

MetLife is also home to the NFL’s New York Giants and New York Jets and will host the FIFA World Cup Final in 2026.
In 2024, SummerSlam was held at the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Ohio, which drew a crowd of 57,719 fans, generating the largest gate of any event, outside of WrestleMania, in WWE history.
SummerSlam 2024 set records for viewership, sponsorship, merchandise and social media, so it seems this year’s event should be bigger and better, given the two days of excitement.
