The 2026 St. Jude Dream Home has an estimated value of $900,000. The giveaway winner will be announced on KTVB Channel 7 on June 10.

KUNA, Idaho — If you have been dreaming of a new home, this may just be the sign you’re looking for: St. Jude’s Dream Home giveaway kicks off Wednesday, April 22. 

Berkeley Building Company and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital are building the 2026 Dream Home in the Valor Community in Kuna, with roughly 2,800 sq ft of space, including three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, valued at an estimated $900,000. The home is located in a bustling community, complete with a bar & grill, indoor golf simulators, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a putting course and more. 

Did the putting course catch your eye? It gets even better. This St. Jude Dream Home features a separate side-load golf cart storage garage, adjacent to the two-car garage. 

The home is Berkeley’s 14th Dream Home, and in true Berkeley Building fashion, there is a secret room inside the home.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, April 22, at 5 a.m.

Winners will be announced on KTVB on June 10 at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $100 each, and only 32,777 tickets will be available, so set your alarms to grab yours before they are gone!

There are a series of other prizes that ticket holders can enter to win.

If you buy your ticket on the first day of ticket sales, you’re automatically entered to win four Boise State University club seat tickets for a 2026 home football game.  

If you buy your ticket before May 1, you will be entered for a chance to win additional prizes, including a brand-new Ford F-150 pickup truck. 

If you buy your St. Jude ticket before May 15, you may be entered to win a $2,500 Visa gift card, a new prize option for 2026.
