The West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office is now offering a cash reward for information leading to the resolution of the disappearances of two women.
WFPSO has partnered with the Capital Region Crime Stoppers to offer a cash reward for information that would lead to the arrest and indictment of anyone responsible for crimes connected to the disappearances of Madison Allen and Stephanie Hevia.
As part of its FIRST 48 rewards boost, Crime Stoppers is doubling the normal reward for information from $5,000 to $10,000 if information is received before 4 p.m. Friday.
“We know there are people out there that have information that will help solve these cases,” Spillman said in a statement. “This reward is available for that information, and you can remain anonymous.”
Allen, 32 at the time of her going missing, disappeared in 2023, and her last known location was in Zachary where she was living in a home owned by Thomas Morris, 44. Hevia was last known to be with Morris at his home in St. Francisville in 2025.
Officials searched the St. Francisville and Zachary properties over the last two weeks. They found evidence, but no human remains.
On July 19, deputies responded to a West Feliciana store after a woman called to say she was hiding in the bathroom. She said Morris brought her there to buy medicine and was waiting outside. Deputies detained Morris at the scene.
The woman told deputies she had befriended Morris in Montana in early July, and he brought her against her will to the Morris Road address, where she could not leave or use her phone.
Morris is now at the West Feliciana Parish Detention Center, booked on charges of second-degree kidnapping, illegal possession of stolen firearms and false imprisonment on a $500,000 bond. Morris is scheduled for an arraignment hearing on Oct. 8.
