Hawaii Rainbow Warriors middle Justin Todd pounded the ball against the Mount Olive Trojans’ Brooks Ignosci and Maksim Kazanov during an Outrigger Invitational volleyball match on Thursday at the Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.
Tonight’s Outrigger Invitational men’s volleyball matches, headlined by No. 3 Hawaii facing No. 1 UCLA at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center, will be played as scheduled.
Lewis and Mount Olive will face off at 4 p.m., followed by the Rainbow Warriors (16-2) against the Bruins (17-0).
UH made the announcement this morning, but said to continue to monitor the weather closely in case new developments occur.
Both games on Friday were canceled, but Hawaii has rescheduled its match against Lewis to Sunday at 5 p.m.
UCLA and Mount Olive will not make up their scheduled match.
Fans with tickets to Friday’s match may use them for Sunday. Unused single-game tickets from Friday can be exchanged at the Stan Sheriff Center Ticket Office for another regular-season home match or a refund.
