U.S. postal investigators seek help finding two suspects who broke into post office on Colonel Glenn Road

U.S. postal investigators are asking the public to help locate two women who broke into the Colonel Glenn Road post office in Little Rock on May 17, stealing checks and other mail.

Postal inspectors determined the duo entered the Asher Station post office at 7401 Colonel Glenn Road through a back window between 1:50 a.m. and 4:20 a.m., a spokesman for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service said in a statement Monday.

The agency is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the burglars, a poster distributed by the agency and posted Monday by Little Rock police states.

Investigators say the suspects stole mail that included personal and business checks. No employees were present at the time of the burglary, the spokesman said.

People shouldn’t confront the suspects directly, but should notify authorities if they receive suspicious checks or items from stolen mail, the statement says.
