Oakes, ND (NewsDakota.com) – The Oakes Tornadoes finished off a perfect week as they swept aside the Barnes County North Bison to go 6-0 on sets for the week.
The match started out with Oakes dominating the pace of play and imposing their game on the Bison leading 10-1 early on and eventually winning the set 25-14. The dominance would continue at the end of set 2 after being relatively close for the set Oakes would take over around 19-12 to win the set 25-12. Set 3 was a bit closer with 6 ties and a lead change Oakes would do their job and close out the match however winning the set and the match 25-23.
The Bank North Player of the Game was Ava Reed.
