JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Beautification Committee is pleased to announce Tom & Gale Scherbenske as the Week #7 Yard of the Week winner for 2026. The winning yard is located at 1502 14th Ave. SW.
Congratulations to Tom & Gale on a beautiful yard, and thank you for helping make Jamestown a more welcoming community. Each 2026 Yard of the Week winner receives $100
to a local greenhouse, a Yard of the Week certificate, and the Yard of the Week sign. The Yard of the Week program recognizes residents who take pride in their homes and help
improve the appearance of the community. The program runs through Aug. 28, 2026, with one yard selected each week from community nominations. All nominated yards must be visible from the street.
