A Back to School Bash will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at Roy Warner Park, 6021 Roy Warner Park Lane. There will be free bookbags, supplies, food, clothes, shoes, gift cards, haircuts and more. For more information, call Victoria at 803-681-0162.

Fit 4 School will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18, at the Aiken Family Y, 621 Trolley Line Road, Graniteville. There will be free school supplies, free health screenings, haircuts, clothing and more. 

A Teen Summer Jam will be held from 5-8 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at the Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior and Youth Center, 841 Edgefield Ave. N.W. The event is for youth in eighth through 12th grades, and will feature youth and family resource booths, networking opportunities, group activities, music, games and more. Modern Day Drama will perform from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at Good Girl Brewing Co, 880 Banks Mill Road. For more information, visit goodgirlbrewingco.com.

A Back to School Supply Drive will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at Mercy Church, 2700 Whiskey Road. Free school supplies will be available to students who are present, and a Public Safety Fire Truck will be on-hand. 

El Rincón, a Spanish conversation group, will meet from 3-4 p.m. Saturdays, July 18 and 25, at the Aiken County Public Library, 314 Chesterfield St. S.W. Practice Spanish skills with passionate and kind individuals. There is no fee and conversations include a wide range of learning activities like games, readings, cultural projects and more. The Back to Basics Alcoholics Anonymous group will meet in-person at 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 961 Trail Ridge Road. Masks are encouraged for those who are not vaccinated.
