THETFORD — A Groton, Vt., man sustained serious injuries after he rear-ended his pick-up truck into a plow truck on Interstate-91 in Thetford Wednesday morning.
Ronin Moulton, 20, totaled his 2009 Ford F150 when he collided with a 2017 International Plow Truck driven by a Vermont Agency of Transportation employee, according to a news release from Vermont State Police.
