Southern Charm’s Madison LeCroy sells Daniel Island, SC home

DANIEL ISLAND — A “Southern Charm” cast member is on the move, having sold her Lowcountry house for $1.7 million — within five days.

Madison LeCroy, who joined the Bravo reality series in 2020, was looking for a larger home as she and her husband, Brett Randle, are expecting this summer. Baby will make two for LeCroy, mom to 12-year-old Hudson who she co-parents with her ex-husband.

The Daniel Island property at 3019 Viscount St. features 2,858 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home was built in 2017 on a roughly 5,000-square-foot lot.

The house was listed for sale on March 7, went under contingency for the asking price within days and closed on May 19 as LeCroy, who’s due in July, began filming season 11 of “Southern Charm.”

“Filming, moving, third trimester … we’re doing all the things at once,” LeCroy said. “Moms really can do it all.”

With LeCroy’s strong fanbase, listing agent Tim Schneider with The Cassina Group worried people might only come to the open house for a sneak peak into the celeb’s life.

When the event landed on a rainy Sunday, he was almost thankful.

“If people came out, they had to be really interested,” he said.

More than 20 buyers walked through and Schneider said most were primarily interested in the Daniel Island, sub-$2 million market.

The house overlooking a neighborhood pond features dual front porches. Inside, the home has modern finishes with sage-like green cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gold-trimmed lighting fixtures.
