A 27-year-old man died last week after clinging to life for 10 days in the hospital following being struck by a hit-and-run minivan driver in Queens, cops said.

Juan Gutierrez-Ajpacaja was crossing the street and was in the eastbound lane of the intersection at Hillside Ave. and 170th St. in Jamaica on Oct. 5. around 2:50 a.m. when he was hit by a driver in a dark-colored minivan who was heading east on Hillside Ave.

The minivan driver fled immediately after the collision and has not been tracked down by police.

EMS transported Gutierrez-Ajpacaja to Jamaica Hospital where he later died of his injuries on Oct. 15.

Gutierrez-Ajpacaja lived about a mile away from where he was struck, cops said.
