Police are investigating a shooting scene in Harrisburg on Monday night.
Officers and patrol cars could be seen in the area of North 18th and Helen streets in Allison Hill.
Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo told PennLive that the coroner had been called.
One resident who lived nearby told PennLive that she was sitting on her balcony when she heard numerous gunshots between 6:30 and 6:40 p.m.
“It was too many shots for me. I called the cops but they told me police were already on their way because other people called. It’s sad,” she said.
Police closed several streets in the area as they continued their investigation.
