PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Providence police are investigating after a man suffering a gunshot wound showed up at Roger Williams Hospital Sunday.

Kristy dosReis, a spokesperson for the city’s police department, said the man had a not life-threatening gunshot wound on his foot.

It’s unclear at this time what led up to the man suffering that injury.
