CASPER, Wyo. –– The Kelly Walsh High School Trojans made an impressive comeback in double overtime against Campbell County in their fight for the consolation round during the 2026 Wyoming State Basketball Championships on Friday at the Casper Events Center.

A last minute rally in the fourth quarter put KW and Gillette in a tie, sending the game into overtime. After the first overtime ended in another tie, KWHS finally pulled ahead and ended with a 78-70 win. They’ll play Cheyenne Central at noon at the Ford Wyoming Center.
