The New Orleans Pelicans have added another big man to their roster.
Josh Oduro, a 6-foot-9 power forward/center, was signed to a two-way contract, the team announced Wednesday afternoon.
Oduro has spent this season playing with the Birmingham Squadron, the Pelicans’ G-League affiliate. He’s played in 35 games, averaging 14.3 points, 7.3 rebounds. 1.7 assists and 1.3 blocked shots.
The Pelicans had room on their roster for a two-way player after Bryce McGowens was given a standard contract two weeks ago. McGowens was originally on a two-way deal.
Oduro, who played in college at George Mason before transferring to Providence, went undrafted in 2024. But he began playing with the Pelicans’ Summer League team that year.
With the signing of Oduro, the Pelicans now have a full roster of 18 players, including three two-way players. The other two-way players are Trey Alexander and Hunter Dickinson.
