ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque Fire Rescue crews said they put out a house fire in 9 minutes, though one person was injured.

Albuquerque Fire Rescue responded just before 5 a.m. Sept. 7 to a home on the 200 block of Columbia Drive Southeast for reports of a fire at a single-story home.

Crews said they found flames and heavy smoke at the front of a home.

AFR said one civilian received treatment and went to a hospital with injuries. No firefighters were injured.

The Albuquerque Fire Rescue Fire Investigations Division is investigating the origin and cause of the fire.
