Officer-involved shooting in Greene County early Sunday morning
GREENE COUNTY, Iowa —
The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and Greene County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after an officer-involved shooting early Sunday morning.
Sheriff Jack Williams said he was first notified at 1:33 a.m. He told KCCI the shooting happened near the intersection of 245th Street and L Avenue, which is just west of Jefferson.
It’s unclear whether anyone was injured. No other details are available at this time.
