Shadow Ridge’s girls volleyball team, No. 7 in the Review-Journal’s girls volleyball rankings, defeated No. 5 Coronado in four sets 25-17, 18-25, 25-19, 25-15 Tuesday night at Shadow Ridge.
Kimber Morrow had 14 kills, seven digs and three aces for Shadow Ridge (13-4).
Sulema Arredondo added five kills, four digs and two blocks, and Sara Fisher had nine digs and four aces for the Mustangs.
Shadow Ridge next plays at Centennial at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 17. Coronado (8-4) next hosts Pahrump Valley at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
