Michael Alvarado, Sierra Vista: The senior went 3-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI to help the Mountain Lions defeat Bonanza 8-1.

Hudson Jones, Coronado: The senior went 3-for-3 with a home run, a double and three RBIs in the Cougars’ five-inning 13-1 win over Liberty.

Jake Turner, Centennial: The junior struck out 11 while pitching a no-hitter and also hit two home runs to lead the Bulldogs past Las Vegas 7-0.

Ethan Wagstaff, Boulder City: The senior went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored as the Eagles held off a late Moapa Valley rally for a 5-3 victory.

Softball

Jaycie Hayes, Pahrump Valley: The freshman struck out 15 while allowing four hits in the Trojans’ 4-0 victory over Virgin Valley.

Rosely Hensley-Mokiao, Shadow Ridge: The sophomore went 3-for-3 with a home run and six RBIs as the Mustangs blew past Bishop Gorman 17-1 in five innings.

Taylor Johns, Palo Verde: The senior had two home runs and four RBIs in the Panthers’ five-inning 11-0 victory over Basic.

Audrey Melton, Arbor View: The senior had three doubles and five RBIs to help the Aggies cruise to a five-inning 12-2 victory over Liberty.

Sydnee Smith, Centennial: The junior went 3-for-4 with two doubles and four RBIs as the Bulldogs rolled past Green Valley 12-1 in five innings.

Boys volleyball

Oakland Liugalua, Cadence: The freshman posted 19 kills, 13 digs and four aces to lead the Cougars to a 25-18, 25-14, 25-17 victory over Amplus Academy.

Jagger Mendenhall, Palo Verde: The senior had 28 assists and three kills to help the Panthers defeat Sky Pointe 25-11, 15-25, 25-12, 25-16.

Ethan Natanel, Durango: The senior finished with 17 assists in the Trailblazers’ 25-19, 27-25, 25-13 win over Chaparral.

Hunter Perkins, Cheyenne: The senior logged 18 kills in the Desert Shields’ 25-12, 25-11, 25-22 win over Losee.

Parker Teal, Centennial: The senior racked up 18 digs, 11 kills, two blocks and an ace in the Bulldogs’ 25-23, 25-17, 25-23 victory over Foothill.

Jayden Wade-Rosas, Desert Pines: The senior racked up 12 kills, two aces and two blocks as the Jaguars fell to Rancho 25-20, 25-12, 25-11.
