– Isaiah Alba, Green Valley: The junior went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored as the Gators held off a late rally for a 9-6 win over Bonanza.

– Jesus Hernandez, Las Vegas: The junior pitcher scattered five hits over seven innings to help the Wildcats edge Coronado 3-2.

– Kyler Meleski, Sierra Vista: The senior went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI, and also was the winning pitcher as the Mountain Lions controlled the late innings for an 8-4 victory over Bishop Gorman.

– Derek Taisakan, Sunrise Mountain: The sophomore went 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs, and also was the winning pitcher in the Miners’ five-inning 19-8 win over Chaparral.

– Danny Yeates, Lake Mead: The senior went 3-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI to help the Eagles defeat Mater East 6-4.

Softball

– Rihanna Drum, Lake Mead: The junior went 4-for-5 with a home run, a double and six RBIs to lead the Eagles past Laughlin 23-14.

– Jaycie Hayes, Pahrump Valley: The freshman went 5-for-5 with a triple and an RBI, and was the winning pitcher in the Trojans’ 7-5 win over Tech.
