We only had a handful of people correctly identify the large stained-glass window at the former St. Patrick’s Church, now the Agora Grand Event Center, on Bates Street in Lewiston. In a random drawing from all the correct entries, Jan Barrett of Auburn was picked as the winner of a $25 Hannaford Supermarket gift card. She had no trouble identifying the photo because she was instrumental in the transition of the former church into a bed and breakfast and event center. When contacted about winning, she recalled watching local stained-glass artist Jim Nutting of Maine Art Glass Studio in Lisbon refurbish the piece of art and history.
