Part of Summerlin West’s massive Grand Park has now opened to the public.
Earlier this year a portion of the 90-acre park, at 1001 Kettle Ridge Drive along West Sky Vista Drive and Kettle Ridge Drive, opened within the master-planned community by developer Howard Hughes Holdings.
According to information provided by Summerlin, the full park is expected to be 90 acres and completed in three phases. It’s the largest park in Summerlin.
The park features baseball fields and pickleball courts, playgrounds, a splash pad in the summer, fitness areas, a basketball court, shaded picnic spaces along with a concession building.
The park was constructed by The Korte Company.
Grand Park village is home to five neighborhoods offering 34 floor plans for single-family homes and attached townhomes from 1,430 square feet to 4,557 square feet, priced from the high $300,000s to more than $1.6 million, according to Summerlin.
Summerlin now has more than 300 parks throughout its various communities and 200-plus miles of interconnected trails.
