Man followed boys into bathroom of Portage Park discount store, sexually abused them, police say

Chicago police are searching for a man who allegedly sexually assaulted two boys inside a restroom of a Portage Park store Friday.

The two children were walking into DD’s Discount Store, 3925 N. Cicero Ave., when the man followed them into a restroom and began to fondle himself while a minor was in the stall and didn’t let them leave about 1:30 p.m., police said.

He then proceeded to touch the other minor in an inappropriate manner while the minor was urinating, officials said.

The man is believed to be 25 to 30 years old, 180 to 220 pounds, has short black hair and was wearing glasses, big headphones, black shorts and black gym shoes, authorities said.

Anyone with information should call the Special Investigations Unit 312-492-3810.
