Lyall J. Milligan
Concord, NH – Lyall J. Milligan Sr. age 87, of Heights Road, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026 at Concord Hospital.
He was born in Portsmouth, NH the son of the late Phillip and Francis (Greenwood) Milligan.
He was a proud veteran of the US Airforce. Lyall worked for the State of NH Department of Transportation for many years.
When he retired he loved to go camping in their RV to Echo Lake in the White Mountains and beautiful Ellecoya State Park in Gilford NH.
He enjoyed hunting, boating, cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Survived by his wife of 65 years Nelly (Dhenin) Milligan of Concord; daughter Deanna Cushman of Concord, son Christian Milligan; along with 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his son Lyall Milligan Jr. who passed away in 2019.
Burial will be in the NH Veterans Cemetery at a later date with just close family.
