Letter: Standing with Russia and North Korea on human rights is no stand at all

On July 24, the United States took a stand in the United Nations General Assembly, attempting to block the retention of the high commissioner for human rights. While there may be many reasons to reevaluate the direction of the Commission on Human Rights, the U.S. aligning itself with North Korea and Russia should not be one of them.
