LEBANON, N.H. (WCAX) – Two cities in our region have been selected to participate in a national program to spur housing growth.
Lebanon, New Hampshire, and Plattsburgh, New York, will take part in the Housing Supply Accelerator Challenge.
The goal is to support local leaders with training, tools and assistance from experts on how to build more homes.
The National League of Cities and the American Planning Association, which launched the program, call the strategies proven and innovative to help grow housing stock nationwide.
Sixteen communities across the country were selected to take part in the program.
