The Las Vegas Raiders added three veterans to the practice squad Thursday, including a former top-10 overall draft pick, after a busy day of tryouts at the team facility in Henderson.

Former New York Giants offensive lineman Evan Neal was among those to ink a deal. He was the No. 7 selection of the New York Giants in 2022 and spent his entire career with the organization until he was released last week.

Neal has played both tackle and guard in his career, starting 27 of the 29 games he has played in his career.

The former Alabama standout has not appeared in a game since 2024, however. He spent most of last season on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

Neal is joined on the Raiders practice squad by defensive end Azeez Ojulari, a second-round pick of the Giants in 2021 who has also played for the Philadelphia Eagles and was released by the Atlanta Falcons last week.

Ojulari has 22 career sacks in 49 games, including 32 starts.

His brother, BJ, a former second round pick of the Arizona Cardinals, also participated in Thursday’s mass tryout, but was not signed.

Michigan alum Ronnie Bell was the third player added to the practice squad by the Raiders.

The wide receiver has spent time with the San Francisco 49ers, Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints. He has 10 catches for 113 yards and four touchdowns in 28 career games.

Defensive end Jahfari Harvey, offensive lineman Kamar Missouri and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam were released from the practice squad to clear spots for the new additions.

A total of 16 players were listed on the official NFL transaction wire as having been in for tryouts on Thursday.

The list included former Michigan defensive end David Ojabo, and veteran wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling as the Raiders continue to try to improve their roster.
