AVON LAKE, Ohio

Burglary: South Point

On June 13, officers responded for a report of loud noises and glass breaking. After further investigation, it was deemed that there had been a burglary and vandalism at the residence. Three involved juveniles were identified and taken into custody before being released to their parents or guardians.

Lost property: Electric Boulevard

While investigating an assault at the Avon Lake pool on June 7, an involved party to the assault case had a new green bicycle. The juvenile said his friends gave it to him, but on further investigation the boy admitted his friends took the bicycle.

Menacing: Inwood Boulevard

A subject made menacing comments during a formal arrest and was charged with aggravated menacing on June 12.
