JAMESTOWN – Better play throughout recent league games paid off for the Blue Jay girls Friday.  For the boys, a rough time continues.

Jamestown Blue Jays Girls Basketball earned its first WDA win of 2025-26 Friday, defeating Bismarck 58-49 at Jerry Meyer Arena.  Jamestown’s boys remained winless in league play with an 80-48 loss to the Demons.

Girls: Jamestown 58, Bismarck 49
Good defensive play helped Jamestown (3-5, 1-4 WDA) to the win. Macey Neumiller led with 15 points. Milan Martin scored a season-high 13. Mea Ulland tallied nine, all on three-pointers. Claire Marker had six points and a career high 14 rebounds.
