MANDAN – Jamestown Blue Jays Boys Golf, improving one spot from their first tournament of the season, finished 11th of 12 teams Tuesday at the Mandan Invite at Prairie West Golf Course.
The Blue Jays shot 344, with Luke LeFevre scoring best with a 79. Griffin Gegelman shot 83. Riley Schlafman fired an 89. Theo Strukel shot 93. Tanner Miller had 95. Mason Gumke carded a 99.
Minot High won the team title at 294, three shots ahead of St. Mary’s. Gabe Bast of Dickinson shot 71 and was the medalist.
The Bismarck Invite will take place next Tuesday at Riverwood Golf Course.
