INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site in Indianapolis will begin hosting a look back at the power of the written word.
It’s a special exhibit called Presidential Ink. It’ll feature presidential signatures that helped shape the country.
Jennifer Capps is the vice president of curatorship for the presidential site. She talked with News 8’s Phil Sanchez for Tuesday night’s “UnPHILtered” segment.
An opening reception is set for 5:30-7:30 p.m. March 19, and $6 tickets for adults are available online. To see the exhibit during a tour of the facility, tickets must be ordered by date and time online, and the prices vary by day.
Harrison, a Republican, was the 23rd president of the United States, serving from March 4, 1881, to March 3, 1887. The Ohio native died in 1901 at age 67 at his home Indianapolis.
