JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – i3G Media based in Valley City, N.D. has come to an agreement with Chesterman Communications on the purchase of their Jamestown radio stations. Pursuant to this agreement, on Friday, September 11, 2026, i3G Media officially submitted an FCC application to acquire Jamestown radio stations KSJB (600 AM), KSJZ (“Mix 93.3” FM), and translator K261FC.
Adding KSJB, with its massive regional signal reach and the “Hot AC” Mix 93.3 alongside our existing Jamestown stations opens new creative avenues, cross-promotional power, expanded advertiser reach, and the opportunity to keep these stations local. Bringing KSJB and KSJZ under the i3G umbrella ensures these legacy brands remain locally owned, locally operated, and focused on our advertisers and listeners.
