The Detroit Pistons are back at Capital One Arena tonight for another matchup with the Washington Wizards.

The Pistons will be without their star guard, Cade Cunningham, after the team announced he suffered a left lung pneumothorax in Tuesday’s game against the Wizards. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Despite losing Cunningham in the first quarter, the Pistons were able to come away with a 130-117 victory over the Wizards. Jalen Duren led Detroit with a career-high 36 points and 12 rebounds, while Bub Carrington led Washington with 30 points. The win improved the Pistons to 49-19 overall, which is the best in the Eastern Conference.
