Metallica is keeping the “M72” World Tour rolling into 2027 with a new run of North American stadium dates. With fan club presales underway and additional presale opportunities scheduled throughout the week before the general public onsale begins, demand for tickets is already running high.
The new 2027 North American leg features 12 stadium concerts across the United States and Canada, giving Metallica fans another chance to experience the band’s signature in-the-round stadium production.

Metallica’s fan club presales began Sept. 21, with priority access for Legacy Members and Fifth Members. Additional presales are scheduled throughout the week before the general public onsale as well.

About the 2027 ‘M72′ World Tour
The newly announced run follows Metallica’s “Life Burns Faster” residency at Sphere Las Vegas, which launched in 2023. Metallica recently announced that Limp Bizkit and Avatar will serve as support acts on all 12 North American dates.
