BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — The Bismarck Historical Society to present “History of the Bismarck Fire Department” at Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library.

The presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, and is expected to run about two hours.

The presenter will be Firefighter Chris Anderson, with information gathered by Anderson and retired Battalion Chief Rob Carlson.

The presentation will include historic photos, information milestones, and fun facts from the Bismarck Fire Department’s 153-year history.
