Jr Evans had 14 points and five assists for the Titans (7-0), and Jacarri Jones had 19 points and six rebounds at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase in Bethel’s gym in Hampton. Shaquantay Evans had 16 points, five assists and four steals. The Eagles dropped to 2-7.

Crabbers game MVP Abraham Taft had 18 points, six rebounds and three assists at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase as Hampton improved to 4-1. Crabbers freshman Joel Fulwood scored a game-high 20 points. Collin Bowles scored 15 for Massaponax, making a trio of 3-pointers.

Keon Mitchell’s 26 points, 10 assists, six rebounds and two steals led the Pilots (6-1). Zymareon Mitchell had 15 points, five steals and three assists, and Carlton Gregory had 14 points, seven rebounds and two assists. Kordell London scored 17, Theo Conradi-Muryn 14 and Nalante Henretta 10 for the Rams (5-3).

Shamar McCray’s 22 points and Caden Cherry’s 15 points led the visiting Lions over the Packers in Bay Rivers District play. Jaydin McLean also contributed for the Lions (6-0). Jayden Cypress led Smithfield with 19 points.

A 3-pointer from Daevon Reed saved the Commodores after the Warriors nearly erased a 19-point deficit at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase. Kymani Johnson had 17 points and three steals for Maury, while Kyree Demiel had 11 points, seven rebounds, six assists, four blocks and three steals. Kecoughtan’s Jordan Franklin provided 17 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals; he sank 7 of 10 free throws.

Denari Nesbitt scored 24 for Edison, of Alexandria, at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase.
Atlee 70, Grafton 41
Conner Wilcox’s 17 points and Pierce Rempe’s 16 led Atlee, the reigning Class 4 state champ, at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase.
Bethel 56, West Springfield 47
Mason Faulkner poured in 26 points for the Bruins at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase.
Bethel 55, Lakeland 54
Tyron Wigfall sank a tiebreaking 3-pointer with 51 seconds left and had 18 points and four rebounds for the Bruins at the Allen Iverson Holiday Showcase. Wigfall netted 18 points, nine in the final eight minutes. Lakeland game MVP Antonio Harrell had 16 points and five assists.

Freshman Livia Smith had nine points, five rebounds and five steals at the Currituck Winter Classic in North Carolina. All 10 players scored for Oscar Smith, and Amya Price and Llyn Tucker made the all-tournament team.
