A Greenbrier man was arrested and charged with 30 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material, according to a Friday news release from Attorney General Griffin.
Ethan Clark, 27, of Greenbrier was arrested on Wednesday by agents from the special investigations division of the attorney general’s office, the release says.
Agents carried out a search warrant after discovering that child sexual abuse material was being downloaded and shared through a peer-to-peer network at Clark’s address, according to the release. Clark was taken into custody around 10 a.m. following a digital forensic examination of the home.
Clark faces 30 felony counts of pandering or possession of visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, the release says. He was being held in the Faulkner County jail Friday morning with no bond set.
