VIDEO: Little Rock Zoo breaks ground on major expansion
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Officials at the Little Rock Zoo announced that GloWILD, presented by Be Well Arkansas, is returning for its fifth season.
According to a spokesperson, the event begins at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, at the Little Rock Zoo.

Highlights include a Members’ reception, Santa visits, a New Year’s Eve celebration, and a Sensory Night designed for guests with sensory sensitivities, officials said.
The event features a new lineup of bright, oversized lanterns, along with engaging interactive activities and themed evenings, all uniquely designed to illustrate animals and nature scenes in vibrant detail, officials said.
The zoo announced that the trail illuminates three enchanting areas at night: Animal Kingdom, Flowers & Bugs, and Holiday Wonderland.
