LOS LUNAS, N.M. (KRQE) — Officials cut the ribbon on a new center aimed at helping kids in need. “Feed the Children” just launched a new hub at the School of Dreams Academy in Los Lunas.

The new hub offers students free food, essentials, books and school supplies. “One in four kids will go to bed hungry tonight and we believe in providing children with the food, essentials and opportunities so that all kids can survive and thrive,” said Feed the Children VP of Marketing Coco Black.

Feed the Children’s “Essential Hub” program has delivered more than $6 million in free aid to students in need.
