CASPER, Wyo. — Here is a roundup of some of the criminal case hearings recently held in the Seventh Judicial District of Natrona County. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven or pleading guilty. 

Probation Revocation

The teen convicted of injuring a woman with a stray bullet at the fairgrounds and terrorizing the home of a witness in the summer of 2023 will serve a prison term on a probation revocation. Endre Arion Wass, 18, had his probation revoked in district court after misdemeanor convictions this summer for possession of a controlled substance and alcohol consumption. 

Following his conviction for aggravated assault and battery and witness intimidation, Wass went to the Youthful Offender Transition Program, informally known as “boot camp,” completed it, and successfully petitioned for his sentence to be suspended last year. 

Wass was sentenced to four and a half to seven years in prison, with credit for 608 days served.

Drugs

A Riverton woman who missed her sentencing twice was found by a 307 Bail Bonds agent hiding in a washing machine in Mills last week, according to bondsman Steve Willadsen.

Sarah Marie Lujan was facing up to eight years in prison after pleading guilty in March to conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine. The case resulted in two 12-year federal sentences for two co-conspirators. The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation began to investigate the conspiracy, which included Joseph and Barrera, Carlos “Bones” Salazar, Tristy Shi Tripp Richards, and Staci Barrera.

Lujan was one of four occupants in a vehicle that agents monitored on a supply run to Colorado on Jan 9. Salazar, the driver, reportedly sped away ay 138 mph before the vehicle was spike stripped. Almost 100 grams of methamphetamine were found on the road from a baggie that had been tossed out, according to the report.

After missing two sentencing hearings in June and September, Lujan was brought in by her bondsman and was sentenced by Judge Kerri Johnson imposed a four- to nine-year sentence on Tuesday.

Pedro Treto

A Natrona County man, 35-year-old Pedro Treto, was sentenced to four to seven years after pleading guilty to conspiracy to deliver fentanyl. DCI agents began identifying members of the conspiracy in March 202, according to the affidavit.  Treto was identified as a sub distributor for Antwoine “Twon” Williamson and his girlfriend Lita King. Sources told agents would take trips to Colorado for resupply at least once a week, according to the affidavit. 

King was sentenced to five to eight years in prison in May. Williamson pleaded guilty in June with an agreement for a five- to eight-year imposed sentence.
