The History Behind The Flying W Airport & Resort In Medford, New Jersey
Flying W Airport & Resort dates back to the 1960s and was built by Bill Whitesell. His vision was to provide transportation services to those working on the Alaska Pipeline project, while also giving travelers and local families a place to relax, eat, and swim, according to the website.
Today there’s the airport, pool, snack stand, cafe, tiki bar, entertainment, and much more!

Daily Pool Admission At The Landing Strip Beach Club
You can pay by the day or join for the summer. General Admission is $20.00, and kids aged 2 and under are FREE. It’s located at 60 Fostertown Road in Medford, New Jersey.
