CASPER, Wyo. — Attention boys and ghouls, the City of Casper is inviting the community to a family-friendly Halloween trick or treat event on Friday, Oct. 31 from 3 to 5 p.m.
A release from the city states that this year’s event is happening at City Hall (200 N. David St.), the Hall of Justice, and various fire stations.
First responders and city staff will be on hand to pass out treats to all of the children who pass through.
“This is a perfect opportunity for children to wear their costumes and enjoy a safe and fun experience,” said Chief of Staff, Fleur Tremel.
Participants are encouraged to dress in their most creative, festive, or spooky costumes to join in the Halloween spirit.
