GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) — The Cirque Italia Water Circus will return to Greenwood Park Mall in April with its international production featuring a water-themed stage with fountains and a cast of acrobats and aerialists.
The traveling circus will perform seven shows from April 3-6 under a signature white and blue tent and is strictly animal-free. The production, which includes a nautical theme, is designed for audiences of all ages. Circus arts include juggling, contortion, and stunts on a whirling wheel of death. The show also incorporates dancers and clowns into the theatrical production.
An international cast of artists from Argentina, Brazil and Romania will perform their acts during the nautical-themed spectacle.
The Friday-Monday performance schedule will begin at 7:30 p.m. April 3. The April 4 shows are set for 1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., followed by performances the next day at 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The final show will be 7:30 p.m. April 6.
The tent will be staged outside the mall at 1251 U.S. 31 North in Greenwood. The box office is scheduled to open starting March 31 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on nonshow days, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on days when performances are scheduled. Tickets for the circus are priced between $10 and $50 based on availability.
Cirque Italia offers a promotion for one free child admission with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket in seating levels 2 or 3. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, and customers must call 941-704-8572 to receive a promo code for the Greenwood location. Tickets can be purchased through the organization’s website or by phone. Officials also stated they respond to inquiries sent via text message.
The show has previously visited Greenwood in 2021, 2022, 2024 and 2025.
