A chilly, gloomy day across eastern Nebraska. Light drizzle through 9am & again by evening, followed by areas of DENSE FOG Tuesday morning. Warmer temperatures farther west could spark an isolated thunderstorm or two Monday evening.

Temperatures will be chilly in SE Nebraska. A few warmer spots where some sunshine could peak out. Overall, mostly cloudy skies, light winds & patchy drizzle across eastern Nebraska.

Monday morning, light freezing drizzle could occur across SE Nebraska. A few slick spots could occur through the morning hours as temperatures will stay near or below freezing.

Light SE winds will occur throughout your Monday afternoon.

DENSE FOG will spread across much of Nebraska Tuesday morning. Dense fog advisories will likely be issued this afternoon. Expect low visibilities during your morning commute Tuesday.

Tuesday morning & afternoon brings light drizzle along I-80, while light rain showers develop farther SW. Late Tuesday, light rain showers will move east with some moderate rainfall near the Tri-Cities. Rain will linger into Wednesday morning. Accumulations up to 0.10″+ for most!

A gloomy & chilly Monday. Tuesday morning, expect DENSE FOG & patchy drizzle. Some drizzle could be freezing drizzle as temperatures will hover near the freezing mark. Temperatures warm up Tuesday afternoon, bringing rain chances W->E through the late evening hours. Wednesday looks to be our dry & partly sunny day. Thursday into Friday, temperatures really warm up bringing increasing moisture. Thursday evening through Friday, rain will be LIKELY with a few thunderstorms potentially carrying small hail Friday afternoon & evening. The weekend finally looks enjoyable!! Next week, temperatures could cool down due to arctic air intrusion.
