JACKSON, MI — Enjoy craft beer, art and live music this weekend at The Art, Beer & Wine Festival in Jackson.
The 2025 festival, in its 20th year, will feature over 100 vendors, including food, art, cider and distillery offerings from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at the Ella Sharp Museum, 3225 Fourth St.
Thousands of people gather each year for the museum’s largest fundraiser. All proceeds benefit museum programming, Museum Marketing and Communications Lead Paula Crow said.
“The whole reason that the museum exists is because of Ella (Merriman) Sharp, who grew up in Jackson,” Crow said. “Now that we’re a museum, our whole mission is to open up our doors for the community to engage, explore and learn about history, especially Jackson history.”
Festival pre-sale tickets are on sale now and can be purchased on the museum’s website.
Tickets cost $45 and come with 10 tasting tokens and a souvenir glass. VIP tickets are $90 and include samples, a festival T-shirt, a souvenir glass, appetizers and specialty drinks in the private Granary with air conditioning.
Those who just want to browse art or cannot drink can enter for $20. People younger than 18 enter for free, Crow said.
Tickets will increase to $55, $110, and $25 respectively on the day of the event, she said.
People can try offerings from Ogma Brewing Co. in Jackson, Meckley’s Flavor Fruit Farm near Cement City, Sandhill Crane Vineyards in Leoni Township, Cherry Creek Cellars near Brooklyn, Burgdorf Winery in Webberville, Half Past Tipsy in Napoleon, Ironbark Brewing Co. in Jackson, Dexter-based Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales and many others, Crow said.
Food vendors, most from the Jackson area, will include West Texas Barbeque, FFF Food Truck, Ben’s Island Grindz, Nom Nom Ninja, and Tiki Sam’s Pizza.
The festival also highlights artists. The 2025 event is expected to host vendors selling art, jewelry, mixed media and photography.
Some vendors include resin jewelry artist Zoe Ray Designs, racy candle makers Come to Your Effin Senses and custom wood maker Rocky Top Woodworks, Crow said.
Festival goers can tune into live music. Art, Beer & Wine features several stages, including a main stage on the community room patio, she said.
People will hear from local artists such as Kev Nichols, Big L & Cold Blu, Brian Tucker, Ian Stewart, 5 Second Rule and others, Crow said.
