Cass County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Reported Bomb Threats

Cass County, N.D. (KVRR) — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office cleared multiple buildings throughout rural Cass County after recieving calls about reported bomb threats Thursday evening.

They recieved the calls around 8:45 PM. Only one specific location was identified, in Kindred, and a K9 unit was used to clear the area.

Deputies conducted building checks throughout rural communities and schools overnight to ensure nothing out of the ordinary was present, and are asking all residents to remain vigilant druing their mronign commute. If anyone observes an item or package that appears suspicious, they are encouraged to contact the Cass County Sheriff’s Office immediately.

They say there is no credible or substatiated threats at this time, and the incedents are believed to be a hoax.
