NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A 74-year-old bicyclist was seriously injured in a Friday morning crash with a pickup truck in Noblesville, police say.

Noblesville Police Department said a 2022 RAM truck was traveling north on Herriman Boulevard and trying to turn west onto 146th Street when it hit Gregory F. Fraize, of Carmel. Fraize was traveling south on Herriman Boulevard and trying to cross 146th Street when the crash happened.

No other vehicles were involved in the collision that happened about 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Ambulance crews took Fraize to Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis in serious condition.

The driver of the truck, Kenneth S. Long, 59, of Kokomo, was not injured.

The intersection was closed in all directions for about two hours while investigators with the Noblesville Police Department reconstructed the crash and collected evidence.
