Sunday afternoon, state highs reaching the low to upper 70s. This will be the last pleasant day before a big warm-up begins Monday and winds start to pick up!
Mother’s Day is shaping up beautifully on the temperature and wind side of things. The start of the week turns hot and windy across the state. Highs will reach the 80s and 90s with gusty SW winds 15-20 mph with gusts up to 35-45 mph, especially Tuesday.

Thursday evening into Friday, small rain and storm chances across SE Nebraska with near record heat! A slight cool down by next Monday with potential increasing rain chances near the end of May!
